The Foundation for California Community Colleges is the primary sponsor of the College Seen Photo Contest. As the official foundation to the California Community Colleges Board of Governors and Chancellor’s Office, the Foundation’s mission is to benefit, support, and enhance the California Community Colleges. The Foundation was incorporated in 1998 and since its inception has donated millions of dollars to the California Community College system, administered learning and workforce development programs for students, and bolstered the capabilities of the largest higher education system in the nation.
